Hussein Ebrahimjee is a former Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) tax auditor and public accounting manager who specializes in helping incorporated businesses navigate tax compliance, audits, and strategic tax planning.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Management from Sheridan College and brings extensive experience from both the Canada Revenue Agency and public accounting firms.

During his time with the CRA, Hussein was responsible for ensuring individuals and corporations complied with federal and provincial tax legislation, including the Income Tax Act and the Excise Tax Act. He worked on complex audit files involving large businesses, international tax matters, tax avoidance investigations, underground economy activities, and registered charities and plans. His performance earned him recognition as Employee of the Month during his tenure.

After his work with the CRA, Hussein transitioned into public accounting where he served as a Manager at a public accounting firm, advising businesses on tax planning, compliance, and financial reporting.

This combined experience provides Hussein with a unique perspective — he understands how the CRA evaluates businesses during audits and how companies can proactively structure their finances to remain compliant while optimizing their tax position.
